I have never done this before… How does this work??
Shashin Photography understands that most of our clients have NEVER DONE anything like this before, even our clients that have had portrait work done elsewhere have never experienced our unique and amazing level of service.
Our customer service starts right here! This website. We want you to know all the details upfront so that you can make the right decision for you and yours. However if there is anything that this website does not answer clearly for you, please call us, we love to talk to are clients and perspective clients. This whole world is based on peoples interactions with each other, we get it, and we are not afraid of it. We can always be reached at (562) 206-2995.
Once your questions have been answered we will book your session. This is when we create your images. All sessions are private sessions for you and your loved ones. You will never come into a packed waiting area like your dentist’s office and wait to be called. We work by appointment only and only create commissioned portraits in our studio or your location.
Before the date of your session we will get to know you even better, as the details of your life, your pet, and your family will help us build the perfect story telling portrait or Self-Impression Portrait you could imagine. Again we do this by talking with you, and asking questions.
Once you arrive we will help you with your cloths and props, we will show you how to pose, we will all have a wonderful time as we create your amazing images. Before you leave we will also schedule your Premier Presentation. This is where you will get to see the perfect moments of your day and your life.
During the time between your session and your Premier we will use all of our vision, tools, experience to select and prepare the best images for your Premier. You will also send us some photographs, cell phone pictures really of your home and where you might like to display some of your images may they be Self-Impressions, your Perfect Pet or your Amazing Family. You will not want to skip this part as our clients are always truly amazed with this part of the process.
On the date of your Premier you will sit down to your Session Premier. Here you will see a selection of the best images we created from your session. This is also when you will get to choose what images you wish to own, we know how personal and emotional this process is, so again you will be invited in to our private studio with no lines and no other outside people. We are also aware that many of our clients are concerned about how to choose the right size images to properly display in their homes. With our training as Wall Decor specialists and our state of the Art Imaging Systems, you will get to see EXACTLY what your images will look like to perfect size and scale in your own home before you ever make a choice. The last thing that we would want to do is to send you home with a Portrait that is too large or too small for your residence.
This is just one more way that you can rest assured that you are making the perfect choices for yourself and your family. As you get to see your Perfect Moments before ever making a purchase you can also be assured that you will not take home a ‘Commissioned’ piece that you do not absolutely love. We don’t ask you to purchase packages, or buy credits as a matter of fact, if you do not love what you see, you do not have to purchase anything at all.
Once you do choose your favorite Moments, we will then make our final edits and artistic renderings and prepare your physical images. These are personal ‘By Hand’ process using very specialized tools and even by hand print making facilities in the US and Italy. We will have your final images back in as little as 4 weeks and on average 6-7 weeks.
We will do a final check to make sure that your order is perfect!! After you display your Commissioned Art pieces in your home, if anything is to ever happen to them, please let us know and we will still make it right for you.
With that said we want to make everything the best it can be. If you are unhappy with any part of your creative session, if you do not like your final images, please let us know, and we will correct the issue or we will give you an encore session. We will discuss what went wrong or exactly what it is that you found missing and will make it right for you.
Please note that with any encore session final image count, and or Art Pieces will be the same original quantity and sizes. You are of course welcome to add Art pieces at any time. In the case of a damage replacement we will be happy to replace the damaged Art Piece one time at no charge, must bring original damaged work back to us.
